Let's found out where we went wrong.
Contact us with your order number we'll do everything we can to fix it.


Cancelling an order

If your order hasn't shipped and you need to cancel it for any reason, contact us right away. If you contact us before the order ships and we're not quick enough to catch your message, we'll refund any shipping charges with no questions asked.


Returning an order

Though coffee is a "perishable" good, we do accept returns within 10 calendar days of your order's delivery.
Please note that we can only accept returns of bags still sealed in their clear wrap.

Once your return is submitted, we will send you a return label and instructions for shipping.
Some orders may be subject to a 30% wastage fee. All returned coffee must be disposed for health safety.
The full amount of your payment's credit will be disclosed prior to any actions taken. 

Reworks


Retail and wholesale orders are eligible for rework on a case by case basis.
Mistakes happen, and we will always do our best to rectify any issue.


Incorrect order

If we made a mistake on your order, contact us right away with your order number. If applicable, we'll get a replacement order coming your way. Rework orders must be requested within 5 calendar days of your order being delivered.


Missing order

If your order never arrived, we'll make it right. If the shipment's carrier either doesn't show proof of delivery, or your proof of delivery might as well be on the moon, we'll get a replacement order coming.
